Safaari App Support

This page provides official support information for the Safaari mobile application on Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store). We are here to help with bookings, accounts, payments, safety, and technical issues.

Contact us

The fastest way to reach Safaari support is by email or phone. Please include your registered phone number and a short description of the issue.

In-app help

Open the Safaari app on your Android or iPhone and use the Help or Support options (where available) to view FAQs, report a trip issue, or send feedback. In-app reports help us locate your trip and resolve problems more quickly.

When you write to us, please include

  • Whether you use Android or iOS, and your app version if you know it
  • The phone number on your Safaari account
  • For ride issues: approximate date and time, pickup and drop locations, and driver or booking reference if shown in the app
  • Screenshots (with personal details cropped if you prefer) when reporting a bug or error message

Response times

We aim to respond to support requests within 1–2 business days. Complex cases (payments, verification, or safety) may take longer while we investigate with partners or banks.

Urgent safety

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. After you are safe, contact Safaari support with trip details so we can assist.
